3. API Usage and Quotas

• Your use of the API is subject to the request quotas and rate limits of your subscribed plan.
• Exceeding your plan quota may result in overage charges as specified in your plan details.
• You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits or quotas through technical means.
• API keys are non-transferable and must not be shared publicly or with unauthorized third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Generate content that is harmful, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, or logic of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense API access without prior written consent.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses large language models (including OpenAI GPT-4o) to generate output. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use case.
• All output should be reviewed and validated by a qualified professional before relying on it for business decisions.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its underlying framework, prompts, structure, and documentation, is proprietary to PrincipalBuilder AI. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the outputs generated for your use. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to deliver the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. Input data submitted to the API may be processed by third-party AI providers (including OpenAI) in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Payment and Refunds

• Paid plans are billed monthly through RapidAPI.
• All charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRINCIPALBUILDER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

11. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time.
